There’s a new energy building in Cape Coral, and we’re so excited! Seed & Bean Market is officially expanding into The Cove at 47th, bringing our clean-eat café concept, craft beverages, and relaxed vibe to a brand-new neighborhood.
Co-founder Cole Peacock sat down with Gulf Coast News for an interview about the upcoming opening. Reporter Gina Tomlinson put together a thoughtful piece that highlights the buzz surrounding the new location — including the excitement, the curiosity, and all the conversations that naturally come with something a little different in the local food scene. We love that she approached the story with such balance.
While we’re still in the construction phase, the heart of this new location is already clear:
a welcoming place to eat, drink, relax, and enjoy good company — with the same intentional approach to food and optional infused offerings that our Fort Myers & Venice communities know and love.
There’s much more in the interview, including community reactions, insights from Cole, and a deeper look at what Cape Coral can expect when our doors open.
