Fighting for Cannabis Legalization in Florida

At C3 and Seed and Bean Market, we remain committed to advocating for cannabis despite the recent defeat of Florida’s recreational marijuana amendment.

Cole Peacock, co-owner of C3 and Seed and Bean, reflected on the challenge of Florida’s 60% voter approval threshold: “If you don’t get 60% in the state, it doesn’t matter.”

While disappointed, Cole remains hopeful: “Most amendments have to go on a ballot a couple times. I do think this will come back again as well.”
